VNTEST is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the Deputy Head of Testing Department position to partner with our professional team in enhancing laboratory operational capabilities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.

WORKING HOURS & LOCATION
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; Saturday morning only.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure technical competence of the Testing Department to meet the requirements of clients, regulatory authorities, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Supervise and monitor testing activities of employees.
- Review testing results before submitting for approval.
- Organize and implement new testing methods.
- Participate in inspection, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Report and advise the Board of Directors on technical matters.
- Support operational management of the Testing Department when the Department Head is absent.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related fields.
- At least 05 years of experience in testing and a minimum of 02 years in an equivalent position.
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, method validation, measurement uncertainty, etc.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Strong management, synthesis, analysis, and operational skills.
- Honest, responsible, with the ability to work independently and creatively.
- Good English command is an advantage.
